Ella Café

Ella Cafe strives to procure the best possible ingredients sourced from local purveyors when possible. We do this because our philosophy is to never serve our customers anything we wouldnʼt feel comfortable serving our own families and to reduce the amount of fossil fuels used for transportation. Most of our ingredients are organically grown by farmers whose practices are more environmentally friendly than conventional methods. In addition, we utilize biodegradable materials for take-out such as bagasse, corn and cork for our containers, cups, sleeves and utensils. We welcome your comments and suggestions.
