What’s New Welcome to Ella Cafe. Ella Cafe strives to procure the best possible ingredients sourced from local purveyors when possible. We do this because our philosophy is to provide you with fine-dining quality at everyday prices. We would never serve our customers something we wouldn’t serve our own family. Most of our ingredients are organically grown by farmers whose practices are more environmentally friendly than conventional methods. In addition, we utilize biodegradable materials for take-out such as bagasse, corn and cork for our containers, cups, sleeves and utensils to decrease our share of carbon footprint for future generations.
